Meet your First Federal Savings of Lorain Lending Staff
Sharmaine P. Dixon
Originally from Washington D.C., I moved to Ohio when I entered college and received my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology. I have been working in the banking and financial industry, counseling clients on financial responsibility. Working closely with clients and knowing that I am helping them achieve a goal is my favorite part. In my free time I love to read, shop and spend time with my family, friends and sorority sisters. Jamming to Justin Timberlake, watching the “Golden Girls” and “Murder She Wrote” is my idea of a perfect day.

I feel like I am coming home to First Federal Savings of Lorain. I have lived in Northeast Ohio for most of my life, and both my family and I have strong roots in this community. I graduated from Garfield Heights Senior High School and then served four years in the US Army. I have been in the financial services industry for a number of years and am very proud, and extremely happy to have the privilege to join the team at First Federal Savings of Lorain. My previous position, as a loan originator, has allowed me to work with veterans and their families to achieve the dream of homeownership. I chose First Federal Savings of Lorain because of their commitment to this community, and their customers…… I truly believe that the entire staff is committed to making the lives of their customers, clients, and friends better. I have three small dogs (my babies), I love any physical activity, especially working out, I am a car and motorcycle enthusiast and I am a vegetarian! I look forward to meeting you and helping you navigate the mortgage maze!!
