The Marketing Assistant is primarily responsible for the operation and management of social media accounts which includes executing social media campaigns, creating a social media marketing plan, creating original content and tracking engagement. The Marketing Assistant will also serve as general support for a variety of marketing functions throughout the company. These functions include assisting in coordination of advertising, promotions, sales, research, public relations, and community involvement.

The Customer Service Representative will support either a branch or the call center. This role is responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of financial transactions between the customers and the Financial Institution. This role also involves addressing routine inquiries, resolving issues, and carrying out tasks that support the Branch’s operations. This position requires flexibility to provide coverage at any of the six locations or the call center as needed.

The Universal Banker is focused on proactively identifying and meeting the financial needs of customers or prospects. They maintain a sales focus by acquiring new relationships and/or deepening current customer relationships through a variety of activities. This position will assist with other branch operations. This position is crucial to enhancing FFSL customer experience and promoting brand recognition in the community.
