The Assistant Branch Manager, in partnership with the Branch Manager, is responsible for the daily activities of the branch staff, branch operations, and meeting the financial needs of customers or prospects. The Assistant Branch Manager ensures the efficient and satisfactory delivery of customer services and a positive customer experience with the branch team, while adhering to First Federal’s policies and procedures.

The BSA-AML Analyst is responsible for assisting the BSA Officer to ensure First Federal Savings of Lorain (FFSL) complies with bank secrecy act (BSA) and anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations.  The role is responsible for monitoring transactions, investigating suspicious activities, reporting any potential and/or suspicion of money laundering or fraud, and monitoring customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD).  The BSA-AML Analyst is required to be knowledgeable on current BSA-AML-CFT regulatory requirements and keep abreast of all upcoming changes and/or guidance which may impact the BSA-AML-CFT regulatory risk profile of FFSL.

The Universal Banker is focused on proactively identifying and meeting the financial needs of customers or prospects. They maintain a sales focus by acquiring new relationships and/or deepening current customer relationships through a variety of activities. This position will assist with other branch operations. This position is crucial to enhancing FFSL customer experience and promoting brand recognition in the community.
