Phone Calls

  • If you receive a suspicious call claiming to be from the bank, please hang up and contact us directly using the phone number on our website or your bank statement.

Emails

FFSL may send service notifications, alerts, or informational messages by email. Email communications will never request sensitive login credentials.

FFSL will send email communications to provide the most relevant information to customers regarding FFSL’s products and services.
