The most secure place in your home may not be secure enough for your valuables.

First Federal Savings offers Safe Deposit Boxes at each of our branch offices for storage of your valuable items and records. Only you, and persons authorized by you, can gain access to the content of your safe deposit box. An annual fee is assessed based on the size of the box you rent (box sizes vary at each office). For more information, please do not hesitate to contact one of our branch locations nearest you.

Counting and rolling coins by hand is time consuming! Customers can bring their loose coins to any one of our branch locations to be processed through the coin machine. The processing fee for this service is 5% of the total calculated coins. This fee is waived for all Kids Club Members when deposited into their savings account.

These bank checks can be purchased at any one of our branch locations instead of writing personal checks or giving cash.

Fee: $5.00 each

Savings Overdraft Protection

This service transfers the necessary funds (if available) from your savings account to your checking account to avoid a negative balance on the checking account. This prevents costly overdraft fees and the inconvenience of not having sufficient funds when you need them.

There is a $5.00 per transfer fee for this service.

Overdraft Privilege 

Overdraft Privilege is another protection service offered at First Federal Savings of Lorain. This service is available to eligible personal and business checking accounts.
