Originate residential mortgage loans with an emphasis on relationship management to assist clients and provide excellent support and guidance through the mortgage loan process. Assume overall responsibility for the residential mortgage loan from application to closing.

Responsible for the accurate and timely closing and funding of all loan transactions that have received final loan approval. Coordinate with the loan applicant, loan originator, loan processor, title company and the underwriting team to coordinate closing date, time and ensure that each party involved is accurately informed about the closing details and procedures.

The Universal Banker is focused on proactively identifying and meeting the financial needs of customers or prospects.
